"When it came to choosing my wedding outfits, I knew without a doubt that Sona would offer something unique, well-fitted and oozing the "wow factor". Having already bought outfits from her in the past, I was aware that Sona had a fantastic eye as a designer and the service provided by herself and the staff was second to none. In fact, her creative flair and calming nature enticed me enough to purchase all 3 of my wedding outfits from her! From the mendhi to reception outfit, Sona worked very hard to ensure that each piece offered something different and most importantly that I felt comfortable and confident in what I was wearing. Rather than taking over completely, she has an ability to listen to her clients needs and is very passionate about her work, which certainly put me at ease. Prior to my wedding any last minute alterations were also dealt with promptly, thus making the process stress-free. I can not thank Sona enough for making me look and feel the way I did during all my wedding events . Every compliment to me is a compliment to her...Thanks Sona!

When choosing where to buy my wedding outfits from, Sonas was an obvious candidate. When I tried clothes on in the boutique, I knew one of my outfits had to be from there. This particular dress, I saw in the last Asiana article, as the catwalk show stopper. Sona and her team were very helpful in having everything ready for me and recommending accessories/ jewellery to complete the outfit.
After sales care was also great. I would recommend Sonas Couture to anyone getting ready for a special occasion.

In 2008 I was awarded a testimonial year by Surrey CCC. This was given as a reward for my contributions to the club and gave me the opportunity to run events to raise money for life after my playing days are over.
At one such event with over 600 people in attendance I was lucky enough to be supported by Sonas. I was made a truly stunning jacket. I went round that night feeling like royalty. It truly stole the show. It fitted like a second skin. The workmanship was of the highest class with beautiful handmade embroidered designs. I felt like a million dollars and all my friends could do was ask where did I get it from? I feel very privileged to be associated with Sonas. I wanted a western style dress with indian embroidery for my civil wedding ceremony and i visited sona's boutique to get some inspiration! I had a free one-to-one consultation with Sona where we went through fabric colours and different embroider designs. The difference between Sona and some of the other designers i visited was that Sona actually listened to my ideas and enhanced them, rather than taking over and dismissing my designs. The dress was finished ahead of schedule and it was beautiful. The colour,material and pearl embroidery were exactly as they should be and with a few minor adjustments the fitting was perfect too. I'd definitely recommend Sona's to any bride who is looking for a unique, sophisticated style. Thanks Sona!

I first met Sona when I was looking for an engagement outfit. I went to almost all the shops in Wembley and I finally walked into a shop that was filled with elegant, beautiful and intricately designed pieces - Sonas Haute Couture.
After a brief chat with Sona, I felt relaxed as Sona was able to understand what I liked very quickly (without pulling out a shops worth of outfits and sarees!) and helped by giving some great ideas and opinions. Sona picked out a saree that I felt was made for me. I was so happy with my purchase; I knew I would be coming back for more.
The wedding was round the corner and I was looking for an outfit to wear at one of my pre wedding functions. I went to see Sona not knowing exactly what I wanted other than something unique and within a budget. Sona took one look knew what cut, style and colour would suit me. The result was fantastic; the outfit was stunning and I still cannot believe how beautiful Sona made me look.

“I am one of these very particular, perfectionist brides – a suppliers nightmare!! I went to India twice to look for my wedding outfit, and found nothing I liked so I started my hunt in London.
After visiting several shops with nothing of interest where everything looked the same, I went on to Sonas – saved the best till last!
I was not disappointed, Sona showed me several outfits, of which I instantly liked the first, she encouraged me to try a few on – solidifying my liking for the first one I’d seen. It was in pink and lime green – not the right colours but Sona talked through the colours I had in mind, I knew I wanted red but was unsure of the second colour, I showed her a picture of something I’d liked in a magazine, it was red and emerald green. Sona thought the colours would work really well with the chosen outfit and went on to detail how the outfit would be put together, down to every last stitch!
To top it off she even designed my husbands outfit to perfectly complement mine, they worked great together!
Sona is a designer as well as working in the store, so she has a real eye for detail and what works and what doesn’t, she was not scared of telling me no when my ideas went too far, a quality I really appreciated and respected.
Sona is very good at what she does and I have no hesitation in recommending her to others, the service I received was impeccable and the quality of my outfit is outstanding!”

Sona Jivraj at Sona’s Haute Couture has made a number of my Indian outfits over the recent years. Every outfit has been made to perfection and I can count on her to deliver elegant, unique and beautiful pieces. The great thing is that Sona takes one look at you knows exactly what shape, cut, style and colours suit you best. Last year during the time of my cousins wedding I had no idea what I wanted to wear so I booked an appointment to see Sona. I told her I wanted something very unique. I also needed something on a budget and left the rest up to her. The result was fantastic. The outfit was beautiful and I was complimented all night! My experience at Sonas was great. I was looking for an outfit to wear to my cousins wedding reception, a sales assitant showed me numerous styles which she recommended, after choosing the style which suited me the best i was advised on colour combinations which would suit my complextion the most. I found shopping at Sonas couture very straightforward, as my wife had already had her outfit designed their so all I had to do was have a consultation with the designer and get measured up. Sonas also had a menswear floor upstairs which was great, as I had the opportunity to view their collection and choose different ideas from a variety of outfits. Thanks.

Organising my wedding was one of the most stressful things I have encountered so far, however, sorting out my wedding outfits was one of the simplest things I had to do.
